I’m thrilled to report that this worked perfectly in my 2018 BMW 530e. The support was fantastic too. I actually bought the wrong product initially, and they reached out to me, canceled the order and pointed me to this one based on my VIN number. Then when I had some trouble trying to install it, they were very responsive. Excellent outfit and great product!
